I am finally getting around to figuring out this Onan (model 0.3 TL -212R 1973 Sovereign). I can keep it running if I hold the primer on, so I figure it might be a bad fuel solenoid. While tracing wires I found a horribly corroded wire seemingly pressed into a piece of aluminum. What is this and how do I replace it?

Daniel I also checked with Onan and most of the parts are now obsolete for this rare model. The motor is actually a Tecumseth small engine called a LAV-30 and Tecumseth is now out of business so most of their parts and made from unobtainium.
Onan does have some common parts but most are obsoleted and even their vendor of obsolete parts does not have them. I spent quite a bit of time surfing and calling looking for parts but gave up once I bought a function unit from another forum member.
