Rivet Onan Generator

I'm pretty new to having a trailor. Its a 1986 Airstream Excella with a built in generator Onan 4.0 BGE/BGEL I've just had the generator worked on and its great but now I have a problem with getting fuel to it. Seems the holding tank for the gas needs to be replaced and not sure how to purchase a replacement for it or how I may replace myself. Would appreciate any advice on this matter.

Thanks, David

David, If its a steel feul tank and can be removed you could try relining it with a gas tank sealer, It comes in a 3 bottle kit and cleans, acid etches it, and seals it. Kit runs about $35 dollars. JC Whitney http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...001267/c-10101
or Eastwood http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?i...emType=PRODUCT would sell it or you could try an autobody repair shop (PPG). Just a thought.

regards, Keith

Keith, I think what is up is from the line which goes out to the generator somewhere its clogging. Just not sure if I should try taking apart and replacing hoses.
