Check your transfer switch
The relay in the shorepower panel box does not click over when the GenSet comes on
Are you refering to the transfer switch? In my 84 310 the transfer switch is in it's own box, located in the compartment where the shore power cable connects. The function of the transfer switch is to not allow the generator output and shore power to both be electrically connected to the coach at the same time. This box has a relay, a time delay and one set of output contacts and two sets of input contacts. Mine failed a while back and I couldn't get generator power to the coach. The rear AC still worked since (on my coach at least) it is directly connected (through a circuit breaker under the bed) to the generator.
Also, did you find the circuit breakes on your generator? Maybe someone with the same generator can tell you where they are?
