Upon closer examination of the photo, this looks interesting. Does anyone have details (links to vendor Website) on the swing-arm carrier the generator is sitting on?

It looks like the swing-arm is lowered to the ground when parked, to allow generator use and access to the window, propane tanks and batteries.

I don't think you'd want to run the generator next to the window, because of both noise and exhaust fumes.

I've done a bit of sleuthing and it looks very similar to this option: Trailer Tray A-Frame Cargo Carrier - Stromberg Carlson CC-250 - Cargo Carriers - Camping World
