Being the mechanically un-inclined type, your system looks very interesting. Are you doing installs as a business, or is this entirely a self help project. I will be traveling out your way from Wisconsin this fall, and planned on stopping in Oregon to have solar installed at (I need to look at my notes as to the name of the place, south of you somewhere). I would gladly consider someone who actually specializes in Airstreams over someone who specializes in RV's.
