Question Honda EU3000i Generator Users

Was just wondering about a few things:

1) The 30 AMP plug on the AS I am about to buy (96 25' Excella) I believe is a "flat pinned" plug whereas the receiver/receptacle on the EU3000 is a "twist-lock" plug type. I think I read in another thread that there is an adapter to let the two mate successfully?

2) Even if 1) is correct, I believe the EU3000 puts out 23.3 AMPS from its biggest outlet. Is that "no big deal" for a 30AMP circuit cause its LESS versus MORE (i.e. Overload)? In other words, things in the trailer will still operate as long as the demand is less than the amps supplied?

3) Since I have yet to venture to a campground yet, are most of the power receptacles of the flat pinned variety or of the twist-lock type?

1 Yes, there is an adapter. I got mine at Walmart.
2 not a problem. The contacts and wiring are rated for more than the generator puts out.
3 Flat

We have used our 3000 to run everything in our 30', including the the A/C. You probably have a switch in your A/S which allows use of either the A/C or the microwave, but not both at the same time.
