Ok guys I looked as anyone of us can lets seperate fact from fiction. Honda 2000 dba is 55 to 59. Cummins is 58. Honda is made??? someware. assembled here engineered there, assembled there brought here I am not sure. Cummins has been made here for ever. Onan and cummins are in Minneapolis Mn. I would say some parts on cummins are foreign. But. You cant take away Cummins long standing quality. I have a onan generator. It is cast iron. twin cylinder. It could run a whole line of airstreams. Years ago when cars were cars, and trucks were trucks, What kind of generator cam in a big Rv's??? Onan or Generac. Not honda. Look at all the big events, Reliability/ Onan period. I have never seen a big red monster leaving a trail of rice running a ride at the local fair. Ultimately its your choice. I personally have a higher standard and still expect more.

Still no power since Sunday. Our two EU2000s have been running about 4 hours in the morning and 4-5 hours in the evening, keeping the refrigerators cold, making coffee, charging computers, etc.

I'm bragging my neighbors don't even know I'm running generators out back on the deck. But we can sure hear those contractor generators a block or so away.

Also have the Coleman Road Trip grill with the grill, griddle, and pot holder inserts doing yeoman service.

I saw in Trailer Life Mag. an advertisment for a (new) Honda EU 2000 cost $ 879.00 including shipping, their everyday price. Some outfit back east? So far no problems with my 3y/o 2000.
