can't locate six position switch on my 345

I purchased a 1989 Airstream 345 last year and the PO admitted the electric matters were puzzling to him. He had also purchased the home used. The owners manual says that there should be a six position rotary switch on the home so different appliances can be selected when running the gen. All I can find is what appears to be a light switch in a cabinet above the stove which switches power from the front or rear Air conditioner. I have looked up and down and do not see any rotary switch. Is it possible my home did not come with one? I am searching for this because when running the gen the only appliance that works is the rear air conditioner.

The intended operation, and equipment as you describe, is exactly how Airstream designed and installed it.

There is nothing wrong with your rig, as far as the AC operation is concerned.

The generator cannot run both AC's at the same time.

So is it possible that I do not have a six position rotary switch on the rv? I understand the front/rear switch because of the 30 amp circuit. I was wondering if there was some other hidden selector switch.

Thanks for your help.

To clarify my previous message: Is it possible that my home did not come equipped with the 6 position rotary switch for the other appliances as indicated in the manual?
