Any idea on the Onan not starting?

Well first the good news. After 5 years sitting under a tree, the LY made it from Jacksonville to Brunswick Ga without any issues.
Except that I fried the diodes on the alternator but that is another story.

i find the Onan isn't starting. Seems to have no spark at the plugs. How in the heck do you work on this thing in a LY?

Glad to hear you made it without any major issues. The generators are really shoe horned in these LY. Unfortunately a lot of us have had to drop the whole generator to work on them, that requires raising the coach enough to have room to get it out. Not the greatest design by AS.

Google the error codes for the generator. Then from the side panel you can determine what the problem is from the specific code number. On mine I had to replace the generator control board (twice). Then it would run when sitting still but would not run when driving. What I found out is that their is a cutoff switch if the oil is too low. Also note that the onan generator (2004) This pc board has has gone through 3 revisions of control board because of failure problems. Make sure you buy the latest revision board for replacement.
