Airstream vrs. Go Power Solar Kit

Hi:

I want to install a solar panel on my 2005 28 International, but on my pervious trailer (Safari 25) I was not too impressed with the factory installed solar. I found the operation of the external display panel confusing and hard to read and 53 watts was not sufficient. I have been looking into the solar kits offered by Go Power Electric and am thinking about their 80 watt kit. Two questions: can onyone make a recommendation based on their own experience with these kits? And, is the installation something I can do myself? I downloaded the install instructions for their kits and it seems pretty straight forward, but I am not quite sure how to integrate their system with the "prewired solar" stuff already in my trailer.
