We looked at VitriFrigo and Isotherm. In the end got the Isotherm Cr 219.
We took the old Dometic out and put the new one in, as far as install. Because it's that easy. A carpenter friend did the finish work around it. It is smaller outside than the Dometic, but has more interior space than the unit it replaced. The company says this model uses 600 watts per 24 hours. Or under 3 amps an hour. So far I agree. The original Dometic died(the propane side), which gave us the opportunity to replace it with something better.
