Tracing a dead 12v circuit

I have a 2011 16' international.

The cigarette lighter and the indirect lighting in the dinette locker are dead. They appear to be on the same 12v circuit (brown wire) however I'm getting 12 volts on that circuit at the converter. Here's the wiring diagram where I've annotated the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j9gc075f19...iring.pdf?dl=0

My guess is that there's some connector that's loose somewhere - but I have no idea where to look.

This circuit is not run through the ceiling. I found the connectors to the ceiling harnesses and they're all snug.

Does anyone know common problem locations / harnesses that I can easily check? Is there a 12v floor circuit with a harness somewhere?
