Tow Vehicle Indicator Light Telling me to Check Trailer Lights, Need Help !%?
Hi All,
On my Touareg i just stared seeing a light illuminate when i plug in my 7 prong connector telling me to check trailer lights.
Looks like the brakes, signals and all other lights working fine.
Any idea why this would all of a sudden start and how to potentially correct?

Did you get an answer to your question. I had the same issue and discovered that there is a VW tech sheet on this issue. It involves the Toureg being setup for European trailer lights. Easy fix at VW.
