Switch cover

One of the switches that energize the lights on the ceiling of our unit has an intermittent short.
If someone could tell me how to remove the switch cover and gain access to the wiring it would be helpful!

I'm not sure if this is the kind of switch you are referring to, but here is a thread I did a while back on rejuvenating rocker switches..
