Round red rear reflectors

Not a bad alliteration for a Thursday. The '67 Overlander has two round red reflectors that were damaged by the original acid wash. They look like the pop in to a round frame. I'm not a fan of the modern looking round adhesive reflectors. Does anyone make a replacement?

There are only two. Does the one's from the 70s fit? I think it's a three inch space.
