Rivet Reverse lights Stay on when AS is plugged in!

I have a new problem! I towed my AS from Wisconsin home to WV at new years with no problems I connected up to the truck to day and when connected to truck the truck reverse lights come on! The only thing differnt now is that the AS has a battery in and charged! any help i think the plug on the AS is not connected internally correctly although the brakes and all the light function properly any help would be nice!

I would guess that your aux power terminal and 12v terminal are somehow either shorted out or swaped. Are the trailer back up lights on too?

Sounds like the power line and the reverse lights are swapped. The charge line on the trailers in 71 was the center pin. The current setup has the reverse line in the center. Basically the trailer battery is powering the backup lights in your truck and your battery is not being charged by the truck either. It's time to get the meter out.
