Original 1963 Airstream Exterior Outlets

I was wondering what outlet was original on the road side of an 1963 Airstream? On my Tradewind I have a outlet that says "Bell" on the outlet flap. On my Flying Cloud there is an outlet that is circular and screws off like the one on the curb side that was to be used for the screw on porch light. Here is a picture of both of them.

Not sure but the Bell covers like that were commonly used for buildings in the 1960s and 1970s. The screw style is somewhat older.

My '63 Trade Wind has the one shown on top positioned low on the street side near the trap door where the electric cable is stored.

The screw on cover outlet is positioned at window height on the curb side. It was used so that a auxilary lamp could be plugged in and then secured with a screww mount.

Both are original equipment on my trailer.
