Marker Lights

Hi all,

Newbie here.

We just bought the trailer of our dreams. I'm going to do a full restoration on this 1953 Airstream Flying Cloud. I want to keep this beauty fully original or as much as physically possible. Among many things on this trailer that has been replaced are the marker lights. The ones on there now are smaller than what the outline reveals. The old ones appear to have measured about 6" long by about 4" tall tear drop style. I was wondering if anyone happens to know where I can buy them or if anyone has pictures of what they originally looked like.

We are having so much fun restoring this piece of American history. Thanks all for the help.

Hey 53 Flying

You might want to also check out this thread and register your FC with the rest of us - just copy it into the search feature = (I'm sure there's a better way of doing this but if so I don't know it)

Do a web search for GAROTE LIGHTS - they are still made and sold by the original manufacturer.
