Which trailer are you working on? If it's one of the '70s coaches in your profile, you can get complete clearance light assemblies from LED-R-US that look exactly like the ones on your trailer. They are about $6 each, and they will last probably as long as you own your coach. If you don't want LED lights, I got a set for our '72 from Wal-mart for about $2 each.

it's for my 75, as I will soon (I hope) polish it I want to replace all the gasket, but if it comes all in one it won't hurt.
BTW thanks for the Wall Mart tip.

If it's like mine, there no longer is a gasket. You cover the hole in the skin with waterproof aluminum tape, poking the wire through the tape. Right before you attach the light, you dab on a dollop of Vulkem or Trempro or caulk of your choice over the hole in the tape, and attach the light and you're done.

I went to the local auto parts store and baught some cork sheets that is used to redo the mantifolds on engines. This seemed to keep it water tight after you re-enstall the screws or in my case rivetts. I hope this helps.

AS65 mine are attached with rivets. Remove the caps and you'll see it. It could be screw from what I eared.

If you buy them direct from Airstream they come with gaskets. I've not installed them yet but looked at them at local dealers and Airstream (on this item) was no more expensive. Believe they were like $4.00 each.
