In post #13 click on that link...you'll see what these LEDs look like and the graphic below is there as well...it shows you what fixtures this LED fits. Ours is an 06 Safari SE and has the ceiling in-set fixtures as shown in the upper left hand corner. The inner-most ring pops out (it holds the lens, so be sure not to drop it...and don't do this while the halogen light is on or you might get burned...they get hot from the halogens). Just pull out the halogen bulb and replace it with the LED. Easy stuff. Some prefer warm white. We prefer cool white in our SE.

Sempi2

I'm not sure what lights you have but yes you can. Here is a picture of a recessed puck light replacement.

This company also has the 1156.

Click here to see the 1156.

We've been replacing our 10 watt G4s with 5 watt bulbs. Still enough light in our trailer and it saves on the batteries when boondocking.

My 05 Safari uses the white plastic fixtures using 1141 bulbs. I used the 1141 LED replacement from ledtrailerlights.com that was posted earlier in the thread.

These lights give almost identical light to the stock 1141 bulbs. I replaced 8 bulbs and have been happy so far.

Funny to come upon this tread just as my hubby was outside doing this exact same job. Back in the spring I thought long and hard about potential upgrades to our camping. I was not satisfied with the shower head (went with the oxygenetic sp?) and ordered 8 LED's from A/S. Not that we boondock but most provincial campgrounds don't have power. It took him all of 5 minutes if that to replace the lights, we have gone ahead and ordered more online at a cheaper price. Looking forward to seeing how the change affects the battery life.

See my posts #259 & 260 for some pics of the same LED bulb replacement shown by 'rogerthat' above...I've got old and new for comparison...

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f447...tml#post863974

We've found them to be great replacements - not like the wimpy, dim LED 'bulbs' of the past, I know I've tried about 5 others before going with these...

I just completed replacing all the lights in my 16' ccd with LEDs from Dan at LEDs 4, Recreational Vehicles. His prices are great, and the service is amazing. And I think the LEDs are just as bright as the original lights. I am very happy with the results.
