A few years back I made my own LED tail light system. I took the back up light out, it is useless, and replaced it with a 3rd red light.
You might ask if they will supply 6 red light and add a sequencer to realy get some attention.
Camaro Parts | CP500440 | UNIVERSAL 3 LED TAILLIGHT SEQUENCER SET | Classic Industries
My light go on inner one first, middle and then outer with both markers and brakes but I can't find that kit on the web now. Those behind me know what I intend to do.
My tail lights are a statement of intent not a request.

Howie that is so cool. You certainly make a clear statement of intent with that set up. I probably would not have even messed around with changing to the LED tail lights but with the sequencer I got to do this. I will see if I can get the 6 red lights, I agree the backup light serves no purpose. Thanks

Found some of the history.
Look at page 3 and four of the tread.

Couldn't find the first thread that I was reading that turned me on to Dan at LED4RV so I will just bump this one. This tail light conversion is a must do for all 1970's square tail lights in my opinion. As many people have said in various threads Dan is top notch, always answers emails right away and your orders are shipped fast! Service is so good I ordered porch light, license plate bracket/light and whatever else I need in the future. Every light in/on my trailer is now LED.
