LED Marker lights - Different style

While in the process of getting the parts to start working on the resurrection of our 73 we are thinking on LED marker lights.
Again we are thinking outside the box, and we know that we are not the only ones, so here is the question:
Did anyone upgrade the marker lights to LED with a different style other than the traditional 2x4s?
How about something like this?
Miro Flex Red SEALED Surface Mount LED Marker CLEARANCE Light Optronics | eBay
Please any idea or suggestions will be great!
And for all of you that had upgraded your marker lights please feel free to post some pics.
Thanks in advance

New LEDs

Of course, if you change designs, then you are probably going to have to drill more and different holes to make them fit. I got all of my new LEDs from LED4RV. They look great, are sealed against the weather and are BRIGHT.

I installed an inline switch with a dimmer...so I can have running lights on in camp....but turn them down to a low roar.

No skin replacements on mine...a lot of polishing to get rid of corrosion. But otherwise, it has its share of dings and bumps.....character.

thanks for the pictures and sharing, so if no skin replacement, how did you loose the rear compartment door? PO legacy?
Is that a twist & lock stainless steel shore power in the front?

To my knowledge, I had no rear compartment in mine. It had a rear bath...which was a mess....and the major cause of the rebuild with a rear bed and a side 1/2 bath.

The front has a Marinco genset inlet. The 30amp shore power inlet is the same unit mounted on the street side.

Just replaced the brake/turn/tail lights on the boat trailer with Optronics 10 led kit. Quality product, well sealed, at a good price.

Good product selection.

I'm kind of a fan of these...sold out, unfortunately. They have a 9 LED version, though.

Ah, to be fair, I wired all of the tail lights together just to test them. So the reverse lights won't be on on the highway...and the turn/brake will only be half as bright. But I'm digging the brightness of the clearance lights... I don't think I will be missed on the highway. May have to wire in a switch for the reverse lights....to flash if somebody gets too close to me. LOL

I have all LED running lights Veggie Bullet but I simply replaced my bulbs rather than the fixtures. I used the amber and red LED in the appropriate fixture. WHAT a difference it made - bright deep color.
