LED Interior lights

We want to replace the sink, dinette, and bathroom lights with LED in our 2010 FCFB23. I've read these threads and still haven't learned whether to buy Bright, Cool, or Warm.
We've been told the 2011 has LED interior lights. Does anyone know which color the factory installs?
We boondock often and spend hours reading at the dinette.
