I've found them occasionally on ebay...not new though.

It's the receptacle that's really tough to locate unless you already have one...

Cool! Any luck on the receptacle? The "new" ones I've found are oriented wrong - 90-degrees off.

I have one on my '56, I'm looking for one for my '64...

I have three fixtures, one non-grounded outlet (two prongs) and two covers - I need the receptacle parts. The modern ones are oriented vertically...in order to make the light mount properly we need them oriented horizontally...
