On my 1999, I found the wiring connection in the street side of the rear storage compartment. I found it in the schematics which shipped with the Airstream.

Do you have power at the fixture?

No power to the lights it was too hot today to work on it I hope I can get at it early in the morning and remove the lights and try to see what is going on . It has the rear queen bed so there isn't any access to the rear without tearing things apart .

Maybe I Am wrong.. But it was I also have the rear queen arrangement. Nothing had to be disassembled... I have commitments tomorrow but can take a pic... If you have the schematic you can easily trace your layout.... All I had to do was disconnect the connector then reseat...
Problem fixed.

my memory can be fickle... So sorry no perfect answer.. But don't lose hope!!

I checked the connector and have power out of the connector and nothing to the lights , Tried to remove one and there is hardly no wire coming out of the body it's so short you can't get anything attached to it to test it .
