Yes, if it's like mine, the front lens sort of twists off, and then there's a halogen bulb in there that unplugs.

I have twisted, turned, pulled, poked, no way this thing is coming apart. Whats the trick?

Does not twist off.

There will be a tiny gap between where the clear plastic lens meets the bronze metal. Use a small flat blade screwdriver to work between the lens and metal to pry the lens straight out and off. The bulb has two pins and will pull straight out.

I recently replaced my halogen bulbs with LEDs from M4 LEDS (google them). Same amount of light as halogen, but a lot cooler and use much less amps if you ever boondock.

Correction, I was wrong, they do not twist off. (must have been a previous trailer I was thinking about) Went and looked at mine, and they are just like yours, and Fred is right, the lens and the metal ring around it will come out with something like a knife prying on it.

They are TIGHT. be careful you don't damage the plastic.

I've found that dental picks are good for this; if you can get the tip of the pick in, a twist puts the tip of the pick behind the lens for easier pulling and less prying. My toolkit now has several dental picks in different shapes just for stuff like that.
