bedroom puck lights on 2005 classic?
I need to find a replacement or good substitute for the bedroom puck light aka reading lights in our classic.
LED or regular that can be converted to LED.
Old one that is not needed?

I measured the fixture and bought a fixture with led bulbs at an rv shop..turned out to be easy. The only surprise was with vinyl ceiling underneath, the vinyl was brown with the right wattage bulb. Scary!

The home centers sell low voltage kitchen puck lights that have a plug in transformer. They are 12 volts so you can just cut the transformer off and wire the pucks directly into your 12 volt system. If you want to get better quality ones go to a lighting store and get some Nora Lighting LV LED pucks, or WAC, many choices out there just be sure to get low voltage ones.

I never liked the puck lites. Too brite and couldn't direct them. I replaced them with reading lights from this site: http://www.itc-rv.com/

Very modern looking fixtures. I have a vintage aluminum airframe trailer; I used five of this one because it had two levels of brightness. Very pleased with the build quality of this fixture. I like the period look of the lenticulated lens.
