Bathroom Vanity Lighting Suggestion

Pardon this noobie question. I'm working on a 1960 Safari and it's missing a lighting fixture above the rear window below the mirror. There are 12V and 110V wires coming out of the wall and a 110 outlet near by.

Anyone have a lighting suggestion? Should I just wire nut the 110 off and use a 12V fixture or are there 12V / 110V combo options available? It's not a very large space.

Assuming you have a 12 volt converter (similar to the antiquated univolt) I would recommend a 12 v fixture. If you have access to 120v then your converter supplies power to the fixture. If you don't have 120v available you run it off the batteries. Thats the best of both worlds. The new led lights are super efficient.

No converter at the moment. The other light fixtures have a 12V switch and a 120V switch with two bulbs, respectively. It's such a small space The other fixture styles wouldn't fit but I'm assuming something similar would have gone there.
