Rodney, the round factory taillights on my 2006 Safari SE look to me to be LED. That might work for you and keep an OEM look.

These LED marker lights on ebay look like the one in your photo:

The exterior marker lights retail for $7.65. No need to pay $9.00 apiece plus shipping on E Bay. Any truck stop will have these marker lights.

Personally, I like paying $5.95 or less on eBay.

Or, for a little more, check out the DUAL MODE markers for certain positions... depending on the trailer, you could have high turn/tails, third brake, side marker turn signals. Trouble is, you find yourself wanting about a 10-pin umbilical when you start getting all fancy.

I just changed out all of my running lights to LEDs I have over 400 hours on the running bulbs severla of them are about to burn out. I ordered W57s 15 LED light replacements from superbrightLEDs. Service was prompt and correct. They fit nicely. The brightness looks ok in the daylight. The brightness at night is as good as the old bulbs.
I am happy and I should not have to worry about them burning out for a long long time.
