'75 Sovereign, wanting to go all LED outside

I want to go all LED wherever possible and was planning to start with the exterior - everything: clearance, brakes, running lights, porch, scare, whatever. The first round was the clearance lights due to relative low cost and ease of replacement. That was until I realized I have a single hot wire from the trailer to each fixture and the lights require polarity <facepalm>.

So clearly it's not going to be as simple as I'd like it. What are the issues?

Wiring is all original.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat! Wish I could help, but at least this will bump the thread to the top! I'm actually having trouble with the tail lights and backup lights (the small ones near the bumper) and finding LED replacements for them - or doing the LED's myself on incandescent lights.

Let me know if you find any info about your predicament!

I'll post on here if I find something related.

Our 19' Bambi is newer; but three years ago, we replaced all INTERIOR incandescent bulbs with the LEDs listed in the link, below.

Note: These LEDs are direct replacements for incandescent bulbs. However, they will NOT work with fixtures that have two hot leads (e.g., running light AND brake light in same bulb), which have two center connectors instead of one. If those are needed, I'm sure the vendor has those, also.

So far, absolutely no LED failures or problems.
