67 safari no front running lights

As measured with a voltmeter, I'm not getting any 12v supply voltage to the front amber marker lights (2 side and 3 front) on my 67 safari. When I jumper 12V directly to one of the front marker lights, all 5 light up. The rear lights are all working normally. Does anyone know the location where the front marker feed wire attaches to the main exterior lighting umbilical? Any other ideas? Any and all help will be welcomed. Thanks, Ron B.

Hi bonrad, On my 67' the wires meet the umbilical cord on the street side in the frame under the water tank. According to the manual it's a green wire. A P.O. has made a little access panel in the belly skin. I guess it could be factory? The manual doesnt show a wire schematic for the running lights. Hope this helps

I assume that your Safari is wired the same as our 30' (same year). The green wire from the umbilical connects to two green wires from the rig, one feeding the front five, and the other feeding all rear lights, including the tail lights. The access panel is just where Lee indicated: Underneath, between the cabin door and (closer to) the front.
