Will the new one fit?

I have an 86 excella and the toilet finally stopped holding water. Cleaning the seal didn't help so I want to replace it with a new porcelain toilet. The existing 30 year old toilet is a Thetford. The new one is Dometic. Will it be an easy swap? Will the Dometic fit where the Thetford was?
