Tub fixtures install?

I am considering installing tub fixtures (mounted showerhead, tub faucet, and single control knob to control water temp/pressure). The reason for doing this is that I would like this diverter system over the original hand-held off of the faucet type.

My biggest concern is that the tub faucet for a sink may yield overwelming handwashing volumes. I am open to other ideas, but this seems to simplify things to me. By the way, I don't have a tub-- only a standing shower. In looking at the big boxes, there are no faucets with diverters. So I went with backward thinking. But unfortunately I found no tub fixtures with a sink faucet.

I talked to many of the big box plumbing help and would get many puzzled looks, theoretical "maybes" and a few "try a specialty plumbing supply" recommendations, so I abandoned this idea. But once I mentioned that this was for trailer restoration, they felt better about themselves, and I went on my way. No harm done.
