Trying to replace toilet

In 76 Argosy. Can't make connection between 17/32 copper and 1/2 pex. Any ideas?

And PEX makes 1/2" copper to PEX crimp connectors. You can solder it on and then PEX from there.

Your copper pipe most likely has been frozen and has expanded to a "new" size which nothing standard fits. You will need to go back to a fitting (which don't expand) and solder a new piece of copper in place, then go from there with other standard system pipes.
