Sink Cover

I need a cover for the sink in our '97 Limited. Any suggestions as to where I can get one or alternatives? I just need to cover one side for additional counter space.

The divider between the two bowls of the sink is lower than the outside rim so I cannot just put a board across the sink.

Might look for a large, lightweight cutting board, altho I don't know the dimensions and if something that size would be available.

I have a glass burner cover on little legs that sits over our two-burner cooktop, that I found at a Kitchen Collection store in an outlet mall.

It fits perfectly, covers the burners which otherwise came with no cover, and adds that extra counter space.

If all else fails, might find a woodcrafter to custom make you something,

I would suggest that you write down the dimensions of your sink (inside, outside, etc...) and take a picture with your smart phone for further clarity. Then go to a kitchen place to see what they have available to fit your sink. You can try one of the big box places like Lowe's first, but if they can't help you, I'd look for a "high end" kitchen place that carries Kohler products. It's not that Kohler is the only company that makes the type of sink cover you are looking for but being a Kohler dealer is a good sign that the entity you are working with carries higher end lines of kitchen plumbing accessories.
