Showerhead
At home I have the best showerhead system anyone could hope to buy. It uses something like 400 gallons a minute, and is an absolute luxury; like a human carwash!
In my Airstream it is a different story... I am using the super-lux, someones idea of a spa-type thing, and I can't take it another minute!
Anyone alse a showerhead whore willing to share your mobile showerhead discovery?
I have narrowed my search to a Speakman, or Oxygenics. Both are rated below 2.5 gpm.

How quickly will you empty (or fill) your tanks and be happy?
We installed a classic Speakman shower head at home (after removing the gpm limiter) and could not be happier. In our Airstream, we live with the reduced flow. If you are really torn make the purchase on Amazon and return the one you don't want, just be sure to review the return policy first.....

Nothing like a 10 second hot shower, then all the cold you need to refresh you.

I'm certainly not looking to emulate what I have at home,
I should have mentioned I am looking to have something nice for when I have city water; with that being said, I have twin freshwater tanks in my unit, so I have over 100 gallons of freshwater storage. With that being said, I have the little luxury of a bit more water on board (should I carry that much while traveling) to enjoy several days of showering.
I have the additional problem of 3 women with me, so there is the never ending hair washing to deal with!
I'd be happy to go 3 days and smell bad... makes me feel like I am camping.... but then I wouldn't need 34 feet and 3 axles to camp, would I?

I'm happy with the Oxygenics. It's definitely water-saving, and it provides an acceptable shower even when boondocking. Oh, and I'm a sucker for a good shower at home, I have both a rain head and a hand-held showerhead, each with their own plumbing so I can really enjoy wasting water when I want to, but at home it doesn't all go into a little tank under the floor.

I have heard really nice things about the Oxygenics handheld, water saving, built well, and available in a brushed nickle finish.

We also have an Oxygenic shower head. It was one of the first mods we made to our AS. We were really happy with the decision to make the upgrade from the stock shower head.

I installed an Oxygenic in our '93. It worked fine but because of the roof curveture in the pre-widebody, couldn't get it pointed outward enough, it directed the flow nearly straight down. Just couldn't get used to it so went back to the OEM.
My son put the Oxy in his SOB and he loves it.

We also have an Oxygenic shower head...installed it about 3 years ago and it's worked out great!
I even installed one at home, we have an on-demand water heater, but alas, we're on a septic system and don't want to flood the system with long showers...
The Oxygenic is easily unscrewed in case you get a small piece of crud in the mixing nozzle inside....
I think I found the best prices on Amazon at the time...

Also installed the Oxygenics. Liked it so much I got one for the house. Works real good on low pressure from the well. Sal
