Shower vacuum break

Our 1999 has a leaking vacuum break pin the shower. It leaks where it connects to the fitting at the wall.

Would this be a "covered" warranty item? Thoughts?

Where would I get one locally? Are they standard 3/4" thread?

Peace and Blessings..

I doubt that there would be warranty coverage for a part that is 14 years old.

Last year we replaced a leaking vacuum breaker in our 2002 Bambi shower with this:
Hansgrohe 06510000 External Vacuum Breaker, Chrome -

It fits both our shower hose and the outlet perfectly.

Here's the one that should fit

Vacuum breaker for shower 604877-04 [600332] - $34.95 : Out-of-Doors Mart!, More Airstream Parts on-line than anyone!

I replaced mine and my shower pressure was greatly improved.

That was a good one about the "warranty"....
