Faucet replacement/upgrades

Are there any particular faucets I should consider, if I wanted to "upgrade" my faucets that came with my Bambi.

I know for homes, it's pretty open and shut, but given using a pump, I didn't want to get something that would not allow some pressure.

Any thoughts? Been looking at the home supply stores in the area and the connections look very similar to the ones in the house that the Bambi has.

Regards,

Eric

I think you can use pretty much use any faucet with standard plumbing hookups. The upgrade on the Bambi uses the same Moen as is used in a house.

Thanks for the post Rick. I had the same feeling. I took a look at the connections and they did look similar. The faucet in the back is a nice one, but the one at the kitchen sink is a bit weak-- even with the external sprayer.

Regards,

Eric

Our good fortune, for a change, the one thing that Airstream didn't custom make is the sink and lav faucets. Visit your neighborhood homecenter and spend as little or as much as you can afford. They are US plumbing standard drilled holes.

If your lav is a combo shower/faucet fixture, you might have to go to a marine or RV supplier. They will have a larger selection of this type of combo fixture.

Thanks Bobby.

I had a feeling by looking at it that it seemed to be pretty standard. But you know Murphy's law being what it is, I'd have the thing apart and find otherwise if I didn't ask.

Thanks,

Eric
