Shower leaking?

I just got back from a wkend of boondocking. I noticed that when my wife showered, water was heavy dripping or slow running underneath camper. Didn't notice when sinks were being used. Does this mean I have a possible leak in my shower drain piping? If so, what's the best way to fix it? If other possibilities please let me know! Thanks for anybodies help!

Most Likely a Cracked P-Trap...

... like the one in my 1976 Safari when I bought it in 1996. The GDPO had not winterized the traps, and they all froze including the one under the shower. I'll tell you the quick fix a little later when I have more time.

Step 1. Check P-Trap From Inside the Shower

From the shower look into the drain with a flashlight. If there is no water, the p-trap is probably cracked. If you see water it may not be cracked. Stand by for Step2.

Step 2. Drop the Pan

That's right. Find a nice work surface in a location where you can spend a few days (or weeks), and drop the pan.
You will need to do a complete visual inspection of the plumbing from beneath while somone above pours small quantities of water down the shower drain.
You will either find a crack in the p-trap or a split in the tail piece that runs from the p-trap to the drain pipe.

like the path of water.. check the easiest, most obvious route first.

the two piece shower enclosure seam was the culprit in mine.
the silicone caulk had failed
cleaned it out (picture), and re-sealed
mystery water problem solved!
