Interesting gizmo. Would be great for my 93 year old mom with dementia. We run the shower for her and sometimes it runs too much while she is undressing. However I don't think she could remember to pull the release cord. She still knows how to turn the shower off. Unfortunately, she can't learn anything new now.

Don't think it would work in the AS shower since the shower head doesn't come out of the wall but is on a flexible hose.
