Shower Head Height - 67' GT

Am I the only one taking a shower in my AS on my knees? What's up with the height of the original shower head? I have a 67 Globetrotter with the tub.

I know there isn't a ton of room to raise it but it could be done. However, I would hate to put two new holes in the fiberglass wall while trying to cover up the old holes.

Whatcha all doing with these low shower heads? Not a huge issue as this just might be the only way to bath. Regardless, its still really cool to have a nice hot shower at the end of the day!
