SeaLand Traveler Lite Toilet discontinued

Unfortunately, Dometic has decided to discontinue the Traveler Lite. Not very good news for us vintage types.

Oh poo!! Better "head" down to the local RV supply and pick one up before the inventory is all flushed out.

Apparently this happened quite a while ago. VTS shipped me the 310 instead when I ordered a Traveler Lite. There isn't much difference except that the pedal is on the opposite side and the base is plastic.

A plastic base topped off with a porcelain bowl? Anyone see a problem with that setup?

It's not a bad design, although I suppose that over the years the plastic will change color while the porcelain will not.

They still have some higher buck all-porcelain toilets that are the same size.

Major bummer! Not sure there's anything else out there that will fit some of the older trailers. Any idea why they're discontinuing?

Just a note of re-assurance............

The Traveler 310 is a very good bowl for the money. In fact, I have used it as a direct replacement for about 20 clients this season. All have been very satisfied!

They really like the cyclonic flushing action....and the price!!!!!!!
