RV Toilet Installation Info Request

Hi Folks
Being new to RV plumbing I have a couple questions regarding the installation of a Sealand Traveler Lite into our renovated (in process) '57 AS Flying Cloud.
Is there any difference between the flange used for RV toilets and household toilets?
I know that RV toilets use a rubber seal versus the wax seal used on household toilets. Is it usually included with the new toilet?
Do I need to install a vacuum breaker in the flush water supply line or is that integrated into the toilet's plumbing?
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

My Sealand Traveler Lite came with the seal and new hardware. The vacuum breaker is part of the toilet -- all you do is hook up the water.

My flange was the threaded type and had provision for either two or four closet bolts (incl.).
