Replacing Mansfield toilet

I have a 1972 31' land center bath, and i have a Mansfield porcelain toilet, that the flush valve sticks open, so i want to either replace the valve or get a replacement toilet. the toilet has a four hole pattern that is unlike anything i see in the market, and i can't seem to find any place to get replacement Mansfield parts.

i am sure this is not a unique problem, and likely many of you have tackled, i appreciate any advice here- thanks is advance.
