Replace Bathroom Sink in '86 Limited

We are updating the bathroom in our Airstream. The color coordinated plastic sink needs replacing. It appears to be vacuum formed ABS plastic that is now 26 years old. The counter top cut opening is oval at 14 7/8 by 11.

Has anyone found an alternative replacement bathroom sink that would fit this opening?

If you can't find a replacement sink of the same size, you could: 1) get one a little bigger and use a jigsaw to cut a bigger hole in your existing countertop; 2) get one a little smaller (or different shape, like round) and then add another layer of 1/2" plywood or particle board right over the top of the old one. Cut the new sink hole in this, put on new formica (or tile, granite, whatever); 3) Build a new countertop and or cabinet to accomodate whichever sink you like.
