nu2airstream. Shower pan full of water

Our shower pan has water in it and isn't draining. When we starting filling the water tank, the shower faucet was on and now the shower floor pan is full of water and it won't drain. We have open the drain valueson the water tank and sewage tank and it is still full. Help.

did you open both dump valves? There are 2. One is for the black tank (toilet) and one is for the grey tank (sinks & shower). The black valve is larger than the grey valve.

When the grey tank fills, the rest goes in the shower. Sounds like your grey tank is full.

The shower drain will push-pull to drain or fill. I think if you push down on your shower drain and let go, the drain will rise up a bit and then drain. This is pooly described, but try it anyway.
