no water to Dometic 320 toilet

In the process of winterizing and our brand new Dometic toilet suddenly stopped delivering water (anti freeze). Was working, but when I was going to run the sprayer, nothing from the sprayer or toilet. The rest of the system worked fine. I have removed the toilet, looks like a simple cartridge water valve, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this and or possible cause.

Thanks,
Rod

removed toilet to get to valve, looks like the valve's plunger was stuck not allowing the valve to open. Exercised the valve and seems to have freed it up, but will contact Dometic to see about replacing. Pretty flimsy setup

update

After looking at the water valve picture I discovered my valve was missing one of the mounting screws, which would hold it obviously more secure. Put the second screw on and decided to test the supply line, just to be sure, before reinstalling the toilet. Lo and behold, nothing, no water. When I removed the 12" braided supply line from the shut off valve, I got a good spraying, plus discovering the problem. When I replaced the toilet, I used a common supply hose setup for a sink. This particular hose had a very fine strainer setup and must have become totally blocked. I purchased a hose that didn't have the strainer, tested the flow and reinstalled the toilet. Everything working fine now.

That is not good news. Is there a need for a strainer on the supply line to the toilet or was that just the cheapest available to Jackson?

Did you consider calling Dometic to see if there is a need for the strainer.

supply line

The strainer was located in the supply line, which is not original to the Airstream or Dometic. I replaced the plex maze with a flexible supply line (hose) commonly used in bathroom sinks. The original supply line from the shutoff valve to the toilet inlet wouldn't work, inlet to new Dometic was different setup. I eliminated the plex compression fitting, there were 7 in the original setup from the valve to the inlet, with the flexible supply "hose".
