New Lavatory Sink Won't Drain

I just replaced countertops and I'm in process of installing both the galley and lavatory sinks.

In order to connect the drain to the new lavatory sink I had to install a new P-trap and lengthen the run by about an inch. Everything's hooked up, but the sink won't drain. I ran a snake (non-poisonous ) down the line from the auto-vent for approx. 10 feet. I'm sure I reached the grey tank. Hooked everything back up but it still doesn't drain. I poured water down my shower drain to make sure the holding tank wasn't full.

Any suggestions?

Is that a Studer vent at the top of the vertical stack nearest the wall? Sometimes they get out of whack. Unscrew it and try draining the sink with it off. It it drains, then you know the Studer vent is the problem.
A Studer vent allows air in to prevent a vacuum lock in the line while not letting sewer gases escape. They are used in places where it would be difficult to get a full vent into the space.
Good luck,
