New Bathroom

I had a hole punched in the old fiberglass sink of my '72 Land Yacht (25') and now I'd like to replace it since the rolling door of the cabinet below the sink is in bad shape as well. It the toilet is on the right, and a litttle closet on the left, is there any way to put a tub in it? It was a little room that was a shower that included the cabinet and the toilet. i don't really need a sink, but a small tub would be fun. Susan

'72 Trade Wind Bath

Susan,

Did you ever come up with something for your TW? I'm looking for ideas on my '72 TW bath as the counter is in pretty rough shape as well.

Thanks,

Aron

Is it in too sad of shape to be re-finished? There is paint available for repainting these things. If you do a search, you'll find a few posts on the topic.

My counter on my 71 was cracked into 3 separate pieces. I put humpty back together again by screwing the pieces into a piece of plywood with a layer of wet fiberglass mat. after the fiberglass cured went over the cracks with bondo and fiberglass, then painted with epoxy paint. It came out amazingly well, but took a lot of time.
