need rubber gasket

Our 66 Safari toilet has a copper line running into the back of it. This line is for flushing/filling bowl when the lever is stepped on. There is a rubber( hard rubber or petrified rubber) gasket that the 1/2" copper line fits into. When you flush the toilet water weeps/seeps out of it. I took the gasket out and it is broken in several places ...Is there anyone that makes replacements... I don't see any markers on the bowl itself , but the flush mech. says Slide-o-matic

Thanks Gary, I read that thread but it is about the Slide-0-matic unit itself. That isn't the issue, it's the rubber grommet that the 1/2"water line goes through on the toiletbowl it's self that I need. Still trying to figure it out but no luck so far.

well can you belive it... I found a grommet for the waterline. I ended up using a PVC grommet that fits into an old valve cover..ha-ha. Hotrods rule!!
